Train at work
Too busy? Effective 30 or 45 minute lunch sessions are available. Train in your garden or local park Train in the great outdoors with training equipment suited to your goals.
Train in a home gym
Some clients have their own home gym. Personal training and programme design is available.
I am based in a quiet gym which is not open to the public, and can offer personal training sessions here – either on a 121 basis or a small group session.
